Dr. Kelly N. Tabacchi, Orthodontic Specialist

Dr. Kelly Tabacchi graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Mexico. She attended Dental School and her Orthodontic Residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and graduated Salutatorian of the dental class. Between dental school and orthodontic residency, Dr. Tabacchi had the privilege to be admitted into a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Leavenworth.

Dr. Tabacchi was first awarded Premier Provider ELITE in 2009. This was the first year that Invisalign® established this designation to award a select number of doctors in identifying them as true specialists. She has continued to receive this designation for 2010 and 2011.  She has also been a national speaker at the annual Invisalign® Summit for orthodontists. She was also one of the first orthodontists to utilize and adapt advanced computer systems in the placing of braces (OrthoCAD iQ, computerized braces).

Dr. T loves spending time with her 3 year old – Mossimo.  He keeps her on her toes because he is “all boy” and has unlimited energy.  Her husband Todd and their hounds dogs complete the pack.  As a family they love to spend a lot of time outdoors.  Dr. T also enjoys doing Pilates, Yoga and loves cardio.

Dr. Tabacchi also has a mission to inspire our youth to be the best people that they can be, no matter what. It is this “take the high road” philosophy that forms the foundation of The Zebra Dudes Club, which encourages children to be creative, to stay positive, to always work hard, and to be themselves. This positive philosophy is what life is all about.

Through various charitable organizations, Dr. Tabacchi is able to express gratitude for the successes she and her team have achieved. Above all, at Tabacchi Orthodontics, we believe that it’s crucial that we give back to the community in any way that we can.

Todd Tabacchi- New Patient Coordinator and Financial Coordinator

Every new patient that comes for a consultation will spend their first visit with Todd.  Todd truly enjoys spending time with our new patients.  He assists Dr. T in preparing the new patient for their orthodontic examination and also in discovering what every patient wants in regards to their orthodontics.  When the concern is finances, he along with Dr. T have come up with some great payment options to help our patients fulfill their desire for orthodontics.

In his off time, he loves to spend time with his little guy Mossimo.  He and Mossimo love to play rough and tumble for hours outside and around the house. Todd enjoys doing home renovations and working around the house doing projects.  A tree fort is the next major project he is planning to build for Mossimo.

Trish Chase-Clinical Coordinator/Assistant

Trish is our Clinical Coordinator and was more than excited to join the Tabacchi team in the fall of 2007. She works very closely with Dr. Tabacchi to provide the best quality care for our patients. Trish strives to have a great relationship with her team members and patients to ensure that each appointment experience is a great one! You can be sure to smile when you are in her care since she enjoys giggling along side of her patients.

Outside of work, Trish is busy trying to keep up with her adorable and very active son, Jeradan. She tries to stay healthy by hitting the gym a couple times a week and trying out different activities in the evenings. She recently married her best friend, Cory, in September 2011. As a family, they love to go fishing, try out new restaurants with friends and family and stay up to date on the latest movies. Trish looks forward to expanding her family within the next year!

Kara Gregorcyk-Clinical Assistant

 Kara joined Tabacchi Orthodontics in the summer of 2008 with many years of clinical assistant experience. Her expertise makes her a great addition to our team! One of her favorite things about orthodontics is seeing her patients’ self-esteem grow during their journey with our office! Kara enjoys having a great time with fellow team members and feels extremely lucky to work with such amazing people.

She loves spending time with her husband, Randy. Their favorite activities include watching movies and spending time outside with family and friends. Kara will have a new addition to her family in the winter of 2011, which we are all very excited about!

Sara Galloway-Clinical Assistant/Professional Relations Coordinator (PRC)

Sara is one of the newest member of the Tabacchi team! She came to us as an extern from Concorde Career College in the fall of 2010 and officially became one our clinical assistants in the start of 2011.  Sara is very passionate about getting to know her patients and making orthodontics fun through her constant smiling and funny jokes! She has recently embarked on a new journey with our office by becoming our Professional Relations Coordinator as well as performing her clinical duties. Her main goal with this position is to ensure ongoing contact with our referring offices to guarantee that each patient will be receiving the highest quality care from Tabacchi Orthodontics and that each patient experience will be a positive one.

With a background in childcare, Sara adores being around children and especially enjoys spoiling her young nephew, Tommy. She spends her free time relaxing with family and friends and experimenting with new recipes with her significant other, Damen. When it’s time for vacation, you will be sure to find her experiencing the magic at Disneyworld!

 

An Office with Your Comfort in Mind

Tabacchi Orthodontics is committed to making your visit as relaxing and comfortable as possible. When you enter our office, you’ll realize this rather quickly.

While in our waiting area, we offer patients a selection of complimentary gourmet coffees and teas and also have cold bottled water available. We have a gaming area for you or your kids to unwind before and after treatment. A computer is available so you can check emails, or you can bring your laptop to the office and make use of our free Wi-Fi.

If you’d like to get your teeth nice and clean prior to your appointment or just after an appointment, please help your self to our toothbrush bar. On top of all this, we also offer warm towels to patients who get molds and impressions taken or have braces placed or removed.

Office Hours

Tabacchi Orthodontics is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.  We understand that everyone’s time is precious, so whether you’re a school aged patient or one of our working adults we will always strive to maximize your time by completing your appointment efficiently and on-time.

When showing up to your appointment, if you arrive early you will have ample time to visit our toothbrush bar and relax before we bring you to the clinic for your reserved appointment.  As a courtesy, if you need to reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours advance notice.
