Appointment Scheduling Information

At Tabacchi Orthodontics we have tried to design a scheduling system that improves the treatment experience and best serves patients and their families. In order to be fair to all of our patients, we will alternately schedule your visits during school/work hours and then during after-school/after-work hours. The team here at Tabacchi Orthodontics appreciates your understanding and support of this policy.

Appointments are generally scheduled six to ten weeks in advance. We understand that unexpected events may occur. If you need to miss an appointment or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if possible.

Orthodontic and Dental Health Emergencies

Orthodontic and dental health emergencies do come up from time to time, and we will do our best to respond to them as they arise. However, it’s important that you know who to contact in case of a dental emergency.

If you have a major injury to the face, teeth, jawbone, lips, palate, or cheeks, contact an emergency room, an oral surgeon, or your general dentist. They will be best equipped to handle these matters.

If a wire slips, a bracket comes loose, or a retainer has been broken, we will be able to assist you generally within a business day. Feel free to call our office so we can address this matter as soon as possible.
